Senior Marketing and Business Development Executive

Blue Legal is partnering with a leading international law firm to recruit a Senior Executive, Marketing and Business Development to join its London office. Working as part of the Real Estate Marketing and Business Development team, the successful candidate will support a range of strategic business development and marketing initiatives across key practice areas and sectors.

The Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and delivery of marketing and business development plans across the Real Estate practice, ensuring activity aligns with wider firm and sector objectives.
  • Work closely with lawyers and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for client development, profile-raising and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Collaborate with UK, EMEA and global Marketing and BD teams to deliver integrated campaigns, thought leadership and strategic projects.
  • Assist with the preparation of pitches, proposals and other client-facing materials, ensuring high-quality and commercially focused outputs.
  • Build strong relationships with fee earners across a number of Real Estate practice groups, providing day-to-day business development support and guidance.
  • Coordinate and support marketing initiatives across key sectors, helping to raise the profile of the practice and strengthen client relationships.
  • Work with colleagues across the wider business to ensure the successful delivery of marketing and BD activities, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

The Candidate:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience within a marketing and business development role, ideally within legal or professional services, although candidates from the real estate or construction sectors will also be considered.
  • Experience supporting or leading business development initiatives, with the confidence to engage and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including Partners.
  • Strong communication, organisational and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
