Operations Coordinator
Our client is a successful leadership development and consulting business, partnering with organisations across the UK and internationally to deliver high-impact coaching, training, and advisory services. They are seeking an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to work closely with the Managing Director, supporting both the day to day operations of the business and a small residential property portfolio.
We are also keen to hear from high calibre graduates with a Master’s degree who are looking to build a career within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
The Opportunity:
This is a varied and handson role offering exposure to all aspects of business operations. You will become a trusted partner to the Managing Director, helping to coordinate client projects, manage operational activities, and ensure the smooth running of the business.
The role would suit someone who enjoys organisation, administration, project coordination, and delivering work to an exceptionally high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing complex diaries, schedules, and meeting coordination
- Coordinating leadership development, coaching, and consulting programmes
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and external suppliers
- Preparing professional presentations, reports, and business documentation
- Creating and formatting high-quality PowerPoint presentations
- Supporting the delivery of virtual and in-person workshops and events
- Managing contracts, invoices, and project administration
- Maintaining accurate records and cloud-based filing systems
- Supporting the administration of a residential property portfolio
- Liaising with tenants, contractors, estate agents, and service providers
- Providing a broad range of operational and executive support to the Managing Direct or
About You:
- We are looking for a highly organised and professional individual with experience in administration, executive support, operations coordination, project support, or a related field.

- Possess exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work
- Be confident creating and formatting professional PowerPoint presentations
- Communicate effectively with clients and senior stakeholders
- Be dependable, responsive, and highly organised

- Demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving
