Blue Legal are partnering with a global leading law firm to recruit a Marketing Executive to join their Munich or Frankfurt office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional to play a pivotal role in planning and executing high-profile events and supporting broader marketing initiatives within a dynamic and prestigious environment.

The Responsibilities:

  • Manage the office’s website content, team CVs, social media profiles, and mailouts (e.g. newsletters, Passle).
  • Create local brochures and marketing materials in collaboration with the Regional Business Development Manager.
  • Support and manage law firm directory submissions alongside the Business Development Manager.
  • Coordinate with internal and external PR teams and the Regional Business Development Manager to develop and implement a PR strategy, including ROI measurement.
  • Lead internal communications initiatives, such as newsletters and intranet posts (ouRSpace), in collaboration with PR and regional teams.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of both internal and external PR strategies.

The Candidate:

  • Experienced in planning and executing events, with strong project management skills to handle multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, paired with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook at an intermediate level.
