An international law firm is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Executive to join their global Marketing & BD team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work across one of the firms most dynamic sectors for Media, Sport & Entertainment, supporting high-profile initiatives with international reach.

The Responsibilities:

Coordinate the delivery of marketing campaigns, events (both in-person and virtual), sponsorships, and thought leadership initiatives in line with sector and practice group strategies.
Support the production of brochures, credentials, and other marketing collateral.
Assist in preparing award and legal directory submissions.
Contribute to business development plans, client targeting, and market research activities.
Prepare pitch materials, proposals, and capability statements for new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM data, client intelligence, and credentials records.
Support client relationship programmes, recurring client updates, and event planning.
Collaborate with colleagues across multiple international offices and shared service teams to deliver impactful BD and marketing projects.

The Candidate:

Experience in a marketing and/or business development role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools (experience with systems such as InterAction, PowerBI, Qorus, or InTapp is an advantage).
A collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
