We are partnering with a full service law firm who are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their offices. You will play a pivotal role in helping shape how the firm engages with clients, strengthens its brand presence, and drives measurable growth across all practice areas.

The Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and optimise integrated digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, email and web, contributing to the firm’s digital strategy and innovation.
  • Lead data-driven CRM and email marketing activity, managing segmentation, automation and targeted outreach to strengthen client relationships and support business development.
  • Oversee paid search strategy with agencies and internal teams, ensuring strong optimisation, reporting and ROI while identifying new campaign opportunities.
  • Support website development and SEO, enhancing content, user experience, traffic quality and conversion through analytics-driven improvements.
  • Manage the firm’s social media presence, including scheduling, content oversight, reporting and internal training to ensure consistent, engaging activity.
  • Contribute to the creation and optimisation of digital content—such as video, infographics and interactive assets—to drive engagement and campaign success.
  • Produce regular analytics and performance reports across digital channels, using insights to guide decision-making and improve visibility, engagement and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with IT, internal teams and external agencies to deliver effective digital tools, platforms and campaigns while managing suppliers and supporting online reputation activity.

The Candidate:

  • A proactive self-starter with a strong interest in digital innovation and proven expertise across CRM strategy, segmentation and marketing automation.
  • Extensive experience in paid search, SEO, PPC and digital analytics.
  • At least five years’ digital marketing experience ideally in professional services.
