Digital Marketing Executive

Blue Legal is partnering with a leading London law firm to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive to join its Marketing & Business Development team. This role will sit within the Digital team, working closely with colleagues to deliver impactful digital campaigns, enhance reporting capabilities, and support the firm’s wider marketing strategy.

The Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of reporting across website, email and social channels, using analytics tools to provide clear and actionable insights.
  • Develop and improve dashboards and reporting frameworks, ensuring data is accessible, consistent, and supports effective decision-making.
  • Build, test and deliver email marketing campaigns, ensuring best practice across content, audience targeting and performance tracking.
  • Manage and update website content via the CMS, ensuring accuracy, consistency, SEO optimisation and a high standard of presentation.
  • Take ownership of SEO fundamentals, supporting content optimisation and improving overall digital visibility and engagement.
  • Support social media activity, including content publishing, copy refinement and performance analysis where required.
  • Collaborate with CRM, BD and events teams to ensure effective data flow, campaign tracking and measurement of digital marketing impact.

The Candidate:

  • Demonstrable experience in a digital marketing role within a professional services or similar environment.
  • Strong technical expertise across email marketing platforms, CMS and analytics tools, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
