We are partnering with a leading consultancy firm who are recruiting for a Creative Communications Assistant to join their London office. This role offers a creative, early-career opportunity to join the firm’s growing Communications Team, helping major organisations explain complex topics through engaging, multi-media communications while building your skills in a supportive, award-winning consultancy. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with around 1 year experience, looking to kick-start their creative comms career.
The Responsibilities:
- Draft and quality-check a wide range of communications materials, ensuring they meet the firm’s standards and follow internal procedures.
- Manage workloads and campaigns, including project planning and liaising with clients, internal teams, and external suppliers.
- Brief the Brand & Design team to create high-quality designs and oversee production with designers, web developers, and printers.
- Contribute to communication strategies, campaign development, and template/best-practice material creation.
- Support client relationship management by preparing materials and attending meetings where appropriate.
- Analyse data from surveys, feedback, and digital metrics to understand audiences and optimise communication approaches.
- Assist in developing new digital and print products and services.
- Support the new business process through preparation and coordination of relevant materials.
The Candidate:
- Strong communicator with clear, logical thinking, creative flair, a visual eye for design, and the ability to produce engaging communications for varied audiences.
- Highly organised, adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Confident in presenting ideas and building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, designers, and suppliers to deliver high-quality work and resolve issues effectively.
- Brings relevant skills and experience (e.g., communications, design awareness, consultancy, digital tools), supported by graduate-level education and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with desirable knowledge of digital production.
