Blue Legal are partnering with a leading law firm who are recruiting for a Client Relationship Manager with extensive Financial Services experience to join their London office. The role involves working in partnership with the relationship partners, global client teams and the broader partnership to build and deepen client relationships with a selection of the firm’s priority clients.
The Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with relationship partners to identify high-value business opportunities for Financial Services clients using market data and white-space analysis.
- Develop and execute strategic client plans with SMART objectives, driving cross-selling and new business aligned to firm-wide goals.
- Lead and support business development and marketing activities, identifying new work streams and protecting key relationships.
- Track market and sector trends to uncover tailored growth opportunities and communicate insights to client teams with actionable recommendations.
- Manage and participate in client relationship meetings, fee proposals, panel submissions, and reporting, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
- Lead client feedback initiatives, ensuring insights are actioned and shared with clients to demonstrate responsiveness and value.
- Handle internal and external queries on panel arrangements, pricing, and secondment obligations, in collaboration with Legal & Risk teams.
- Use Salesforce to manage client relationships, promote adoption across teams, and enhance visibility and coordination within the CRM portfolio.
The Candidate:
- Degree in marketing, business, or related field; marketing qualifications preferred.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently with a strong willingness to learn.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, credibility, and a knowledge-sharing mindset.
- Commercially aware, resilient, and familiar with global business environments and sector-specific contexts.
