Blue Legal are partnering with a leading national law firm who are recruiting for a Client Development Executive to join their London office. This role will suit someone with excellent attention to detail and who is able to manage a taskbased workload with accuracy. The successful candidate will need to be an energetic and focused individual with the ability to quickly build relationships in a fast-paced environment

The Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop key client relationships, including creating tailored client plans.
  • Coordinate client activities, ensuring delivery of social value commitments and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain and manage client data and systems, supporting effective data management procedures.
  • Produce reports and track value and outcomes from business development and marketing efforts.
  • Plan and deliver client-focused events, conferences, and thought leadership campaigns.
  • Conduct research on clients, competitors, and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Support client satisfaction initiatives, including reporting and sharing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare tender content and deliver client development programmes. 

The Candidate:

  • Experience in client development, preferably within a professional services marketing and BD environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive attitude.
  • Committed to continuous improvement, learning, and promoting best practice within the team.
