Blue Legal have partnered with an award winning law firm who are seeking a Business Development & Marketing Manager to join their London office. Working alongside leading solicitors and HOs within the firm you will be responsible for planning and delivering business development initiatives aligned to sector strategy.

The Responsibilities:

• Developing strategic and tailored campaigns for the Personal Injury and Medical Negligence teams.
• Attend networking events to raise the sector profile and generate new business.
• Take lead of pipeline generation and relationship management.
• Manage relationships with partnered charities and organisations.
• Working closely with the PR and Communications team to manage the digital distribution of newsletters, press releases and social media posts.
• Responsible for timely legal directories submissions.
• Developing internal and external communications, including managing core messaging and copywriting.

The Candidate:

• Experience working in a professional services environment, preferably legal sector
• Previous BD experience within personal injury and or medical negligence.
• Demonstrated networking skills to build and leverage connections effectively.
• Able to develop strategic campaigns tailored to sector objectives.
• Proficiency in using social media for marketing purposes.
