Blue Legal are partnering with a leading international law firm to recruit a Business Development Executive to join their London or Manchester office on a permanent basis. This role will support the firm’s Employment practice, with a focus on driving growth through targeted business development and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, proactive, and confident supporting a broad range of BD and marketing activities.

The Responsibilities:

  • Position: Business Development Executive, supporting a leading Employment law practice.
  • Primary Focus: Supporting the development of new client relationships and helping to grow work from existing clients.
  • Core Responsibilities: Delivering targeted business development activities, including proposal support, client targeting, and opportunity tracking.
  • Marketing Support: Assisting with broader marketing initiatives, such as campaigns, communications, and event coordination.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with both the Business Development and Marketing Communications teams, aligned to legal practice and sector groups.
  • Cross-Firm Projects: Involvement in a variety of cross-practice and firm-wide marketing and business development initiatives.
