Senior Business Development Executive

Blue Legal is partnering with a leading international law firm to recruit a Senior Business Development Executive to join its London office. This is an exciting opportunity to support a highly regarded Corporate practice, working closely with partners and senior stakeholders on a range of business development and marketing initiatives across both the Corporate and Hospitality, Travel & Leisure sectors.

The Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and delivery of marketing and business development campaigns to raise the profile of the Corporate practice and wider sector groups.
• Coordinate and organise seminars, webinars and client hospitality events, ensuring successful delivery and strong client engagement.
• Assist with client targeting and client development initiatives aimed at strengthening existing relationships and generating new business opportunities.
• Prepare and develop high-quality pitch and proposal documents to support the team in winning new work.
• Maintain and update BD infrastructure, including pitch materials, credentials databases and CRM systems.
• Support the preparation and submission of legal directory and award submissions, ensuring consistency and accuracy throughout.
• Work closely with partners, lawyers and the wider BD team to support strategic initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

The Candidate:

• Previous business development and marketing experience within a professional services environment would be highly advantageous.
• Strong written, analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
• A proactive and collaborative approach, with excellent organisational skills and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting business growth and developing new ideas.
