Business Development Executive- Corporate

Blue Legal are partnering with a leading law firm to recruit a Business Development Executive to join their Corporate department in London. This role offers the opportunity to work with innovative companies, founders, and investors across a range of sectors, supporting high-profile corporate transactions and growth initiatives. You will be part of a collaborative and high-performing team, delivering business development projects that help the firm maintain its market-leading position.

The Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the preparation of directory and award submissions, ensuring high-quality content is delivered on time.
•  Collaborate with partners and fee earners to produce pitch documents, presentations, marketing materials, and client communications.
• Plan and coordinate client-focused events, seminars, webinars, and conferences, managing invitations, attendance, and follow-ups.
• Support partner and fee earner attendance at external conferences and exhibitions, including preparation of relevant materials.
• Maintain and update BD infrastructure, including CRM systems, intranet, and marketing content, ensuring information is accurate and accessible.
• Prepare documentation for business development meetings, including agendas, emails, and schedules, providing administrative and strategic support.
• Assist senior BD team members with the planning, organisation, and execution of client initiatives, digital sessions, and cross-department projects.

The Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Business Development Executive within a legal, private client, or professional services environment.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and minimal supervision.
• Confident and personable, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
