Senior Business Development Executive (Disputes)

Blue Legal are partnering with a leading law firm to recruit a Senior Business Development Executive to join their London office. This role will support their Disputes Practice Group with a focus on Employment. The position is central to the work of the firm’s contentious teams, partnering with large corporates across a range of sectors, including some of the market’s largest employers, on high-profile, precedent-setting cases

The Responsibilities:

  • Support the identification and targeting of prospective clients and strengthen existing client relationships through key account management.
  • Develop persuasive proposals to win new business opportunities.
  • Plan, organise, and support seminars, webinars, and client events, including tracking and reporting on return on investment.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Lead and support the development and delivery of business development campaigns.
  • Maintain and contribute to business development infrastructure, including standard pitch materials, credentials databases, and CRM systems.
  • Provide guidance and support in preparing submissions for directories and industry awards.

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience within a legal / professional services environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to engage with and manage internal stakeholders across practice groups and within the wider business development function
