Head of Sales and Acquisition
Blue Legal is partnering with a leading global law firm to recruit a Head of Sales and Acquisition. In this role, you will drive growth by developing a robust sales strategy, leading a high-performing team, and managing the entire sales pipeline. You will collaborate closely with senior fee-earners, marketing, and client teams to identify opportunities and convert high-quality leads into lasting client relationships.
The Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to secure large-scale, firmwide leads and build client profiles.
- Collaborate with Practice Groups and Knowledge Lawyers to identify trends and create targeted content, products, and services.
- Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring the achievement of team KPIs and high-performance levels.
- Oversee the entire sales pipeline, tracking MQLs, SQLs, leads, and closed opportunities to ensure growth.
- Leverage sales enablement tools to identify buying signals and uncover new opportunities.
- Take ownership of HubSpot to manage data, sales processes, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Work with the marketing team to develop mid and lower-funnel strategies, optimise conversion rates, and drive quality lead generation.
The Candidate:
- Proven leadership experience in sales, with the ability to manage teams and drive measurable success through the sales pipeline.
- Strong expertise in developing and executing integrated sales and digital campaigns, including PPC management and ROI tracking.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and advise senior leaders on sales strategies.
