Client Relationship Executive

You will work closely with Client Relationship Managers, Client Relationship Leaders (CRLs), and client teams to support the planning and execution of client-relations initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with clients, organising high-impact events, and supporting strategic BD initiatives in a collaborative, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and delivering client-relations initiatives across priority accounts within the firm’s Key Client Targeting Program.
- Support preparation and maintenance of client plans, meeting materials, and follow-up actions.
- Contribute to time-sensitive initiatives such as panel appointments, lateral partner onboarding, and strategic client pursuits.
- Help identify clients aligned with regional and firmwide growth initiatives.
- Participate in the Firm’s Client Insights programme, analysing feedback and translating insights into actionable opportunities.
- Support organisation and delivery of client-facing events, roundtables, and panel sessions.
- Assist in the preparation and dissemination of thought leadership materials.
- Engage with secondees and trainees to maintain relationships and gather feedback.
- Maintain accurate client information, activity tracking, and reporting using CRM and internal systems.
- Collaborate closely with the client-relations team to promote consistent approaches and knowledge sharing.
The Candidate:
- Experience in client relationship management, business development support, or a similar role within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong organisational, communication, and project management skills.
- Proactive, commercially minded, and able to work collaboratively across teams.
- Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders and prioritising multiple initiatives.
