Based in Lincoln’s Inn, London, Serle Court is home to a highly respected team of barristers and a forward-thinking business services function. They are now seeking a Marketing Executive to join their collaborative and high-performing Chambers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, organised and proactive marketing professional to play a key role in supporting Chambers’ marketing activity, working closely with the Marketing Manager and a supportive wider team.

The Responsibilities:

  • Managing core marketing administration such as BD diaries, shared inboxes, planners and team coordination.
  • Overseeing stock, ordering and preparation of branded materials and assisting in the production of marketing assets.
  • Providing administrative support for legal directory submissions, including data collection, referee coordination and liaison with researchers.
  • Assisting with digital marketing activity, including scheduling social content, creating visual assets and managing the digital asset library.

  • Offering flexible support across broader BD and marketing projects, building strong stakeholder relationships across Chambers.

The Candidate:

  • Organised, detail-focused and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities and handle data accurately.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, confident working with multiple stakeholders and supporting a busy programme.
  • Qualified and experienced, with a degree (or equivalent), 2–3 years’ marketing experience in professional services and an interest in building a long-term marketing career.
  • Technically confident, ideally with experience in CRM systems, design tools (Canva/Adobe), events support, legal directories, Microsoft 365, CMS platforms and social media.
