Blue Legal are partnering with a leading law firm who are recruiting for a Client Development Executive to join their London office. The successful candidate will need to be an energetic and focused individual with the ability to quickly build relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships, key account plans, and support client development programmes to enhance satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Coordinate client activity, including social value commitments, events, conferences, and reporting for key clients and legal frameworks/panels.
  • Maintain and improve internal client data systems, ensuring effective data management procedures and accurate database records.
  • Track, analyse, and report on client activity, opportunities, targets, and satisfaction insights to inform decision-making.
  • Support marketing collaboration through thought-leadership campaigns, tender content, and research on clients, competitors, and market trends.
  • Build strong relationships with CRM partners, fee earners, and clients while staying informed about sector developments. 

The Candidate:

  • Experienced in professional-services marketing and business development, including previous client development roles, with strong attention to detail and high-quality output.
  • Skilled in time management, communication, relationship-building, and teamwork, with a flexible, proactive, and improvement-focused approach.
  • Holds GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English, and is motivated to learn, develop, and excel within a professional services environment.
