Blue Legal are partnering with a leading global law firm who are recruiting a Client Development Executive/Senior Executive to join their London office on a 12 month FTC basis. The role supports the firm’s commitment to strengthening key client relationships and driving growth, and you will play a key role in co-ordinating client teams, supporting account planning, and ensuring consistent communication across teams.
The Responsibilities:
- Support client relationship programmes by coordinating engagement activities, follow-ups, and team initiatives.
- Assist with account management by contributing to account plans, integrating cross-team input, and tracking progress.
- Organise and facilitate client team meetings, maintain relationship maps, and monitor client news and key contacts.
- Conduct client, industry, and competitor research; maintain accurate CRM data; and support client feedback initiatives.
- Track financial performance, monitor opportunities and risks, and support reporting and external requests.
- Help prepare pitches, proposals, and presentations, while fostering collaboration across teams and promoting best practices.
The Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree; background in client development or account management within professional services; strong communication skills; confident engaging with senior stakeholders; proactive in supporting pitches, meetings, and strategic relationship initiatives.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented; capable of managing multiple priorities; comfortable with data and financial reporting; able to support business development plans, track performance, and coordinate cross-team projects.
- Collaborative, approachable, and client-focused; strong emotional intelligence, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills; proactive, efficient, and solutions-oriented with a positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
