A leading law firm are recruiting for a Legal Support role to join their Nottingham office. The role provides an effective and efficient administrative support service to the relevant practise area, communicating effectively across the department and with clients. The role would suit a paralegal or a legal administrator who has experience supporting in Real Estate.
The Responsibilities:
- Reviewing Land Registry titles, property searches, and raising/responding to enquiries.
- Drafting and reviewing CPSEs, simple property documents, and Land Registry/SDLT submissions.
- Managing collateral warranty processes and deferred payment checks.
- Preparing corporate authorisations, banking ancillaries, and simple bank reports on SPAs/BPAs.
- Handling corporate due diligence, data room management, redactions, and CP checklists.
- Completing Companies House filings, company incorporations, statutory books, and searches.
- Updating group structure charts, client trackers, and chasing counterparties on key matters.
- Conducting pre-completion searches and managing notices/utilisation requests.
The Candidate:
- Strong organisational skills, able to use initiative and perform effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork, with a flexible and professional approach.
- High-quality service delivery with strong IT capability, including case management systems and Microsoft software.
