We’re working with a leading professional services firm to recruit a Client Relationship Assistant Manager to join their established Marketing & BD function. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering the firm-wide client care programme, helping to strengthen relationships and drive service excellence across priority clients.

The Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a structured, firm-wide approach to client feedback and engagement, ensuring consistent processes and collaboration with senior stakeholders.
  • Manage and mentor a Senior Client Care Executive, supporting their development and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Project manage client feedback surveys and interview cycles, monitoring responses, preparing reports, and presenting insights to senior leadership.
  • Analyse client data and feedback to identify service improvements, competitor intelligence, and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain reporting dashboards, CRM data, and client intelligence tools.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights to enhance the client care programme.

The Candidate:

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercially minded and proactive, able to spot opportunities for innovation and programme development.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience working with large data sets and tools such as Excel, Power BI or similar.
  • Proven project management abilities, highly organised with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with feedback platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, Questback, MS Forms) and handling sensitive data with discretion.
  • Professional, resilient and collaborative, with a client-focused mindset.
