This innovative professional services firm is recruiting for a marketing executive to join their friendly team to cover a period of maternity. The holder will we responsible for the implementation of marketing plans across the firm including digital communications, PR and marketing materials.


The Responsibilities:


  • Maintain a full suite of up to date materials produced in-house according to firm-wide brand guideline
  • Work with an external design agency to produce materials for specific projects as required.
  • Maintain website using CMS system and where necessary though liaison with external designers.
  • Assist with administration and practical rollout of the firm’s newly purchased database (Tikit Connect), encourage its use across the firm and continue with maintenance and usage thereafter.
  • Assist the Marketing Executive in co-ordinating the delivery of seminars, lunches, workshops across the firm. Some events may require early mornings or late evenings. Event planning and invitations, taking responses updating accept/decline/attendance lists.
  • Liaise where necessary with PR agent to identify team members able to help with PR opportunities and then assist both parties with project. Use social media to promote news and disseminate news stories, e.g. through the website, LinkedIn and Twitter and promote amongst teams.
  • Prepare and distribute progress reports, minutes and action points. Assist with the production of materials for internal circulation.
  • Plan and execute discrete campaigns (e.g. co-ordinate groups of fee-earners, prepare materials, manage mailings, events and follow-up activity, and regular reporting)
  • Supporting the firm’s Marketing Director in preparing tenders and pre-qualification questionnaires (compiling draft material from identified sources, co-ordinating input from others, formatting bid documents and CVs, and assembling the final bid materials)
  • Assist in gathering submissions to legal directories and tracking schedule


The Candidate:


  • Previous marketing experience gained within a corporate environment
  • Experience organising corporate events
  • Strong IT skills
