A leading national law firm is recruiting a Business Development Manager to join their London based team to support their key objectives in Private Wealth, Family and Property. You’ll work closely with partners to agree joined-up business plans and subsequently ensure the successful delivery of plans.

The Responsibilities:

  • Build strong, proactive relationships with Private Client and International fee earners across the offices
  • Work closely with partners to agree business plans
  • Identify and develop target markets, coordinating activities to develop the profile of the group
  • Presenting the firm’s expertise in a consistent way
  • Strategically and tactfully plan and lead value added business plans
  • Work with the wider team to deliver projects, campaigns and events
  • Act at the main point of contact for the Private Client Group
  • Identify business models and value
    • The Candidate:

      • Experience of working in a law firm or professional services sector
      • Understanding of business development activity including targeting, managing pipelines, credentials and implementing BD plans
      • Experience of delivering BD activity
      • Proven experience in a client focused role within a legal or accountancy firm
