My client is a full service professional services business with 6 offices within the UK.

They’re considered to be one of the fastest growing law firms within the UK, providing specialist legal and professional support to businesses in all areas of corporate, commercial and real estate. The Marketing Executive is responsible for delivering national projects and supporting the Marketing and Business Development Manager with the overall strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of marketing activities and national projects to support the business in generating new business revenue and developing existing client relationships.


The Responsibilities:


  • Work with the marketing team to implement and co-ordinate new and existing marketing activities and campaigns across 6 regions
  • Coordinate and manage a wide selection of different activities including email marketing, social media, branded literature, corporate events, seminars and website updates
  • Gather, analyse and report all ROI from all marketing activities and support central reporting on ROI
  • Support the Marketing Manager with regional focussed activity for Cheltenham and Oxford
  • Data analysis and management to enhance contact lists for the business and to support all campaigns
  • Provide a consultant lead support to the business when dealing with individuals and teams to keep activity focused and measurable
  • Provide assistance with CRM projects and data when required
  • Provide assistance with the intranet content when required


The Candidate:

  • Ideally, a degree or equivalent in a marketing business studies or related area
  • Experience within professional services
  • Experienced in delivering marketing campaigns across a range of marketing channels including online (websites, email marketing, social media) and offline (print based media and direct mail).
  • Experience of working with senior professionals and managing expectations aligned with a strategy
  • Practical and technical knowledge of applying brand guidelines to materials and campaigns
  • Events management and hospitality management experience.
  • Experience of working with a Business Development team would be desirable.
