An award winning, well established architecture firm based in Surrey is looking for a Marketing & Bid Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for a wide range of marketing activity including assisting with bids.

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Project manage bid submissions for all stages as required; PQQs, tenders, interviews etc.
  • Produce high-quality documents, editing content and writing text when appropriate
  • Strong ability to craft text for a variety of mediums, including bids, news items, award submissions, brochures and press releases
  • Support the Head of Marketing with practice wide press strategy, assist with press enquiries/ liaise with editors and writers
  • Support social media strategy and activity
  • Assist in identifying and producing award submissions
  • Organise events for your specific sector and assist on firm wide events as needed. This includes invite list generation, design and distribution of invites, as well as logistics and coordinating follow up
  • Work with Head of Marketing to ensure website content is regularly updated and maintained
  • Manage and update client relationship management system (CRM) and marketing campaigns
  • Assist the Management Team in researching and identifying relevant market intelligence and ensure dissemination of this intelligence within the group
  • Identify and create specific practice profiles as required
  • Assist and coordinate photography needs including professional, in-house commissions and associated costs
  • Maintain bid information library in collaboration with the wider marketing team

 

The Candidate:

  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • Experience working in an architecture, construction or property firm
  • Knowledge and experience of writing/managing bids is essential
  • Housing experience would be preferred
  • CIM is desirable
