A top 20 Accountancy practice based in London is looking for an experienced Marketing Assistant for 9 month contract to join their busy team.  This role reports into Head of Marketing.


The Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Event Manager with the organising of events including dealing with responses, event material and name badges.
  • Co-ordinating marketing material supplies and distribution
  • Dealing with enquiries that come through the email inbox on their website, ensuring they reach the appropriate person in the organisation in a timely manner.
  • Dealing with post and telephone enquiries that come into the marketing department
  • Processing of Marketing invoices in a timely manner
  • Reviewing press coverage on a daily basis ensuring they are sent to the appropriate people and distributing press cuttings of offices on a regular basis
  • Covering for other members of the team when on holiday


The Candidate:

  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • Previous professional services experience
  • Previous marketing and events experience
