A leading law firm based in South West London is looking to recruit anEvents Administrator to join their successful Business Development and Marketing Department. This role will support the firm’s annual programme of over 150 events and report directly to the Events Manager. You will also gain fantastic exposure to a full range of activity in a busy marketing department and help support the overall activity of the firm.


The Responsibilities:

  • Producing badges, collating materials for delegate packs etc.
  • Packing materials for events and organising delivery and collection
  • Preparation of place cards, guest biographies for roundtables and dinners
  • Assisting with pre-event set up and registration of guests
  • Setting up, packing down, and attending exhibitions where required
  • Managing smaller events e.g. roundtables, awards dinners, hosted events etc.
  • Ownership and management of the events inbox
  • Ownership and management of events calendar and events page on intranet and updating of the upcoming/ featured events listed on the firms website homepage
  • Creating and maintaining mailing lists and sending invitations via the CRM system
  • Ensuring that all CRM reports are checked and updated regularly
  • Compiling a bi-weekly events report and circulating to the firm
  • Venue finding and maintaining up to date information on external venues


The Candidate:

  • Events experience within a professional services firm
  • Solid experience using Microsoft packages
  • Experience using CRM systems is essential
  • Knowledge of venues in UK cities is desired
