A commercial law firm based in the heart of London providing a comprehensive range of legal services to meet the needs of a wide variety of businesses, individuals and organisations based throughout the UK and overseas.

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Manage the firm’s website to include: regular reviewing and updating copy, posting of announcements, press releases and collateral, and liaising with each practice area for copy updates.
  • Manage monthly reporting of the website performance per practice area including SEO performance and preparing reports for monthly Marketing meetings per practice area.
  • Manage and maintenance the firm wide photo library.
    • Manage our relationship with external web design team ensuring any additional website features/builds are scoped and delivered cost-effectively and efficiently.
    • Implement the firm’s social media strategy:  manage the firm’s Twitter and LinkedIn communications.
    • Manage monthly reporting of social media performance per practice area.
    • Monitor the firm’s reputation across social media platforms.
    • Monitor the firm’s media press coverage.
    • Manage the firm’s blog output using DotMailer tool: working with each practice area, ensure all blogs are proof read and error free, and issued to the correct mailing list, and posted onto the website.
    • Prepare monthly analysis and all blogs delivered.
    • Manage and deliver the firm’s surveys using DotMailer tool, working with the BD Manager on the annual online Client Satisfaction Survey.
    • Manage the BD&M pages within the intranet, including reviewing, updating and posting information.
    • Manage the firm’s new CRM system.
    • Support BD&M data entry and maintenance of client/prospect data and campaigns.
    • Support RFI and pitch – working with the BD Manager.

 

The Candidate:

  • Previous digital experience – 18 months minimum
  • Excellent writing skills – some preparation of awards submission, RFI/pitch and website copy generation
  • Excellent attention to detail and proof reading ability
