A leading national law firm, is looking for a Client Development Executive to join the Sales & Marketing team based in Crawley. You will be responsible for nurturing meaningful relationships with existing clients in the firms’ core markets, and by educating and developing the staff on the firms’ expectations for client service.

 

The Responsibilities:

 

  • Supporting the Client Relationship Manager in developing our key account management programme across the firm;
  • Utilising specific client insight to progress opportunities or resolve concerns within particular client relationships (and supporting fee earners with ad-hoc advice);
  • Producing board level reports which will include data analysis, identification of insights and key trends which will help to steer best practice across the business
  • Managing the Client Development’s team internal comms pipeline and assisting in ideas and the production of those comms
  • Assisting with the client feedback programme for our key client and referrer relationships. This will include identifying and recommending clients for interview, administrating the internal and external interview booking process, managing production of all supporting and follow-up documentation, leading client team meetings to discuss the feedback, and producing regular reports for the executive board
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of some of the firm’s relationships with its clients and uncovering opportunities for further development
  • Managing the approach to communication and information flow between client account team members, including tracking activity and contact/touch points with the client
  • Supporting regular training and presentation sessions on Client Development best practice

 

 

The Candidate:

  • Degree educated or similar qualification
  • Experience in a professional services or corporate environment
  • Excellent relationship and communication skills
  • A passion for marketing and data analysis.
  • A good level of IT competence is required, particularly with the MS Office suite. Whilst experience of using CRM databases would be an advantage, training will be provided.
