This leading professional service firm is currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join their Suffolk office. This role will involve generating new leads and securing new business for the firm. You will report to the Business Development Director.


The Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for generating leads and closing new deals with local SME’s.
  • Speaking directly with Director Level contacts at both SME’s & Blue Chips.
  • Consistently achieve personal monthly sales targets.
  • Achieve new business through strategic direct marketing and cold calling
  • Work closely with the wider business development team to achieve closure on accounts.
  • Use effective relationship management skills
  • Provide and maintain a record of activities, figures, forecasting and any other records.


The Candidate:

  • Degree educated
  • Experience working in a fast paced B2B environment
  • Experience working in a sales focussed business development role.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to work with individuals at all levels
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
