A London based group of innovative architects and designers is looking for an experienced Business Development & Bid Coordinator role to join their team.  This role reports into the Equity Partners.


The Responsibilities:


  • Managing and preparing the response to RFQ/RFP/RFI, including fee proposals and project specific-writing.
  • Assisting in initial assessment of potential new projects and competitions.
  • Assisting in market research and preparing regular status updates.
  • Managing a range of writing and research activities.
  • Managing and maintaining our CRM database.


The Candidate:

  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • Previous professional service experience desired
  • Strong writing skills
  • Previous bid experience
