This award winning National Law firm is recruiting a Brand Manager to join their Bristol based team on a 12 month fixed term contract. The holder will be responsible for maintaining and activating a strong and consistent brand position for the firm both internally and externally.


The Responsibilities:


  • Guardian to the firm’s corporate and employer brand visual identities to ensure that they effectively promote the firm and its people, products and services.
  • Working with the wider communications team, help develop and manage firm key messages and tone of voice across corporate and employer brands
  • Ensuring the brand is effective across all channels and points of contact.
  • The development, roll out and ROI analysis of advertising campaigns to raise awareness of the firm’s brand with our target audiences including clients, recruits and employees.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers to  deliver against annual objectives, including creative agencies, corporate sponsorship partners, consultants and media advertising
  • Working with the wider Marketing and BD team to ensure consistency in the firm’s brand across all internal and external communication channels.
  • Consulting with key internal stakeholders to ensure brand assets deliver against their objectives.
  • Oversee the visual identity development for new brand assets and products, ensuring that they effectively and creatively promote the firm’s content (expertise and insight) and brand positioning.
  • Maintain and further develop the firm’s brand management infrastructure to include an effective ways of working, implementation and roll out of supporting software and systems, compliance procedures and effective communication of relevant process across the business.
  • Finds innovative and cost effective ways to deliver brand enhancing materials with limited budget.


The Candidate:

  • Significant B2B brand and design experience, in professional and/or financial services sector
  • In depth understanding of the design, content development and stakeholder engagement process within a law firm
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
