An award winning leading international Law Firm is currently seeking a Brand & Corporate Communications Manager to cover a 12 month FTC. A truly global firm spanning over 30 countries with 40 plus offices, they are currently classed at one of the top legal practises to work with or for. The brand and corporate communications manager manages, promotes and protects the corporate brand internationally, including messaging, brand strategy, positioning, tone of voice and visual identity. This role will be based in the London office.

The Responsibilities: 

  •  Global brand management and development: work with senior colleagues to set the strategic direction and goals and get buy-in from key internal stakeholders for the development of the corporate and employer brand. Lead centrally-managed corporate brand projects. Work with business development and local marketing teams on implementation of the brand through the use of brand assets, imagery and guidelines. Ensure global best practice and consistency through internal consultancy and continued evolution of the brand guidelines and intranet pages.
  • Creative Services team: collaborate with Creative Services to support the delivery of creative work that meets market expectations, the firm’s objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Visual identity: ensure the continued evolution of the visual identity working with internal/external teams to update the brand’s colour palette, imagery and its application globally.
  • Strategic relationships: manage the international brand champions group ensuring engagement, understanding and implementation of brand guidelines. Work collaboratively with group to spread best practice.
  • Internal engagement: work with various internal stakeholders to ensure there is a high level of internal awareness of and engagement with the brand, within the global marketing team and the HR team in particular.
  • Corporate profile: Support on corporate profile raising activities, marketing campaigns and initiatives as required.
  • Annual Review: project manage the creative development, production and delivery of the annual review. Play a lead role in agency selection, theme and content strategy and creative direction. Lead and manage content generation, sign off and production through to delivery and distribution. This includes the development of a microsite.
  • Sponsorship: have project management responsibility for any central sponsorship activity. Provide global guidelines for local and adhoc sponsorship requests.
  • Social Media & Online: support the communications team with brand assets, advice and imagery.


The Candidate:


  • Experience within a marketing or communications role relevant to the professional services sector
  • Experience of managing a brand, advertising and sponsorship activities
  • Understanding of design and visual identity
  • Experience in delivering annual reports essential
