An opportunity with a leading property consultancy has arisen for a bid executive to join an already established team. The role will involve working closely with group heads to deliver high quality bids and tenders to a broad range of organisations, and provide ongoing relationship management support to ensure strong relationships are developed and nurtured with existing clients.


The Responsibilities:

  • Assisting bid manager s to implement and expand upon an effective Bids & Pitches strategy
  • Creating bespoke documents and presentations as required
  • Responding to ITTs and PQQs
  • Maintain and develop standard documents for company tender toolkit
  • Supporting bid and pitch teams
  • Provide full cycle bid support
  • Updating the CRM system across the business


The Candidate:


  • Degree educated
  • Minimum  5 years’ experience
  • Proven experience of bids and tenders
  • The ideal candidate will have an excellent standard of verbal and written communications
  • Advanced level of Microsoft packages Word, Excel and PowerPoint
