A major property and construction consultancy is looking for an experienced Bid Writer to join their team. This position will report directly to Head of Bids and will be a key part of the business development working alongside a well-established writing team.

The Responsibilities:

  • Working with the technical bid lead
  • Copywriting and editing RFP, RFQ, PQQ and ITT answers
  • Management of bid document production, including championing best practice in planning and organisation and ensuring compliance with business development process.
  • Communication and motivational skills
  • Responsible for building and developing relationships with the operational teams

The Candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years bid writing experience ideally in public sector bids
  • Degree educated
  • Experience in property and regeneration is strongly desirable
