A major property and construction consultancy is looking for a Bid Administrator to join their team. This position will report directly to Senior Bid Manager and will be a key part of the business development for the firm working alongside the writing team.


The Responsibilities:


  • Creation of high quality PQQ and bid documents, including sourcing, coordinating and editing content
  • Coordination of bid document production
  • Coordination of bid information in conjunction with the Bid Information
  • Contribution to development and implementation of the bid improvement plan
  • Building and developing relationships
  • Obtaining client feedback
  • Assisting with the production of client presentations, preparing for interviews and organising site visits

The Candidate:

  • Excellent written English
  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Office programs essential.
  • Knowledge of construction / maintenance/building environment and relevant sectors desirable
  • Strong communication skills
